Magnitude 3.8 quake shakes Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

A minor earthquake occurred at 2:09:15 AM (HST) on Friday, March 6, 2009 .
The magnitude 3.8 event occurred 5 km (3 miles) NNE of Ka`ena Point.
The hypocentral depth is 10 km ( 6 miles).

    It was mildly exciting while I was awake (around 5 mile marker on Hwy 19, towards Kona).
