MEDIA RELEASE
Ever want to learn to play an instrument? But you don’t feel you have the time? Or the energy? Or the talent? Here’s a solution.
Take the free “Super Instant Piano†workshop at Aloha Theatre and see for how it’s possible to learn everything to get started in just one hour.
This free workshop is a scaled down version of the half-day class, Instant Piano for Hopelessly Busy People, taken successfully by more than 200,000 people.
You don’t need any prior music knowledge to get started. But even if you’ve had years of lessons, you’ll learn a lot from this class.Â
Instructor Robert Laughlin invented this system 25 years ago, and it has been featured in Time Magazine and is the inspiration for the PBS Piano in a Flash series.
What You Will Learn:
• Is reading music necessary?
• Difference between classical and popular piano?
• Similarity between piano and guitar or ukulele
• Various piano styles such as blues, jazz, country, gospel, rock.
• Playing all your favorite songs with two hands
• How to use a fake book
The class is 100 percent free, including materials, but space is limited. Call to reserve a space.
