On March 3-6– Ahualoa Gulch Bridge will be closed between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The bridge will now reopen on March 6 instead of March 9. Residents on Kumupele Road are asked to plan ahead, because it is the only access to their homes.

February 23-27 and March 2-6– Mamalahoa will be resurfaced starting from the north end of Kainaliu town ending just beyond Aloha Theatre and working towards the southern end of town to Kadooka Nursery. Should rain delay the project, resurfacing could be extended to the week of March 9. Motorists are advised of lane closures, delays and restricted parking between 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. weekdays
