The next Kona Town Meeting of Community Enterprises will focus on West Hawaii’s state representatives, who will address issues such as the economy, high energy costs, health care and residents’ concerns.

The panel is scheduled to include Cindy Evans, Josh Green and Denny Coffman.

The lawmakers will present their proposed legislation and give an update on important issues is this year’s Legislative session, which convenes Jan. 21.   They will also answer questions and accept input from community members.

The meeting is 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. at the Makaeo Events Pavilion at Old Kona Airport Park. 

Kona Town Meetings are presented by Community Enterprises, a non-partisan, non-profit organization, to provide vital information on community concerns to Kona citizens. Light refreshments will be served.
