Flipped out car, fleeing driver

A witness said he saw the driver fleeing the scene on foot with the wheels still spinning on the upside-down vehicle. A fire department engine and medic unit also responded from the Paradise Park station with the medic returning due to a lack of a victim present.

    I wonder if the owner of this car has reported his car stolen. I know the police can find the owner just by the license plate.
